Cacao Nibbles are all-natural and wheat and gluten-free. The dried fruit used in the product contain no sulfites or added sugar coatings used to prevent browning. Cacao Nibbles contain a small amount of butter and are not dairy-free. The product is manufactured in a facility that uses wheat flour, dairy, peanuts and soy.

Cacao Nibbles should be stored in a cool, dry environment (60-70 degrees) with a humidity no higher than 50 percent. Keep Cacao Nibbles away from heat and direct sunlight to avoid softening. If the temperature flucuates too much, the cacao butter may soften and rise, causing gray discloration (bloom) to appear on the chocolate. The melting point of chocolate is between 85-95 degrees F.
