For purchases of $200.01 and over, the shipping and handlign charge is 10% of the merchandise total. Returns and Exchanges If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it in original condition within 30 days of its arrival for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Although we will refund the original shipping cost, we are not able to refund the cost of shipping to return the products to us unless it was as a result of our error or the product arrived damaged. to you damaged, we will pay for shipping costs to send the replacement
